Website Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This website is owned and operated by Gelot Pharmacy Consulting and Communications, LLC, doing business as The Senior Wellness Pharmacist of SWFL (“Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the conditions for using this website and its general educational content, including articles, videos, downloadable resources, and presentation materials available through the website. Please read these Terms before using the website.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to use of the public website and its educational resources. Individualized pharmacist services are governed by the Client Services Agreement, the applicable Service Selection Addendum, and any required consents.

These Terms do not replace or modify signed client agreements. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning individualized services, the signed client agreement controls.

Educational Content and Related Policies

The website’s health information is provided for general educational purposes. It does not replace individualized advice from a healthcare professional. Browsing the website or submitting a general inquiry does not by itself establish a pharmacist–client relationship.

Please also review our:

• Website Disclaimer, which explains the purpose and limitations of our educational content.

• Website Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected and handled through the website.

• Client Privacy Notice, which describes how information is handled in connection with client services.

Privacy choices, including choices about non-essential cookies, are described in the Website Privacy Policy and available cookie controls. These Terms do not replace any consent required for a particular use of your information.

Permitted Use of Website Materials

You may view the website and download or print materials made available for that purpose for your personal, noncommercial education. Please retain any copyright notices, source credits, and disclaimers included with those materials.

You may share links to our website pages. Unless a resource expressly permits broader sharing, please obtain our written permission before reproducing, modifying, selling, or distributing website materials, or using them in a presentation, publication, or commercial product.

Materials credited to third parties remain subject to their owners’ terms. Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Appropriate Use of the Website

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or information belonging to another person.

• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the website’s operation or security.

• Use the contact form to send spam, threats, harassment, fraudulent messages, or unlawful material.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority to act on someone’s behalf.

• Submit another person’s personal or health information without appropriate permission or authority.

Use the contact form for general inquiries. Follow the instructions in our Website Disclaimer and Website Privacy Policy when communicating with the Practice, including instructions about sensitive personal or health information.

Contact Forms and Inquiries

Please provide accurate contact information when submitting an inquiry. Sending a message does not confirm an appointment or guarantee that the Practice can accept you as a Client.

We use inquiry information as described in our Website Privacy Policy. Submitting a message does not give the Practice permission to publish it as a testimonial or use your name, image, or health information in marketing. Any such use requires separate permission when applicable.

The website contact form is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies or urgent health concerns.

Appointments and Client Services

The website may describe services, display fees, and provide links to request or book appointments through our scheduling platform.

Before completing a booking and payment, you will be provided with the applicable Client Services Agreement and service selection terms for review and acceptance.

The signed client documents govern the services purchased, payment obligations, cancellations, refunds, and other terms of the engagement. General website descriptions do not expand the services included in your selected engagement.

Submitting an appointment request does not by itself confirm an appointment. Confirmation is subject to availability and completion of the applicable booking requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Practice owns or uses with permission the website’s original text, branding, graphics, and other materials. Third-party materials and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Permission to view or use website materials for personal education does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to use the Practice’s name or logo to suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

If you believe material on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, email info@seniorpharmd.com. Please identify the material, its website location, the rights you believe are involved, and your contact information so we can review your concern.

Third-Party Websites and Platforms

This website may link to external resources and third-party platforms, including Practice Better for scheduling and client services.

Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before using the platform or submitting information.

The Practice does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, security, or accuracy. Our handling of information received through a platform remains subject to applicable law and the Practice’s relevant privacy notices and client agreements.

Website Availability and Changes

We may update, reorganize, or remove website content and features as the Practice’s services and educational resources change.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Changes to the public website do not modify existing signed client agreements. If a website interruption affects your ability to contact the Practice or access scheduling, you may call 239-268-7966 for assistance.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as website features, resources, or Practice operations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Revisions apply prospectively and do not change existing signed client agreements or any consent you have previously provided. If a change requires separate notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
